This family-run restaurant is a tiny jewel set near the temples of Vesta and Tiburnus. Elisabetta, who ran this place for years, has left a fine legacy to her children, Francesca and Nicola, the latter having chosen the culinary arts over a career in engineering. The scents and flavours of the Abruzzian seas pervade all the recipes. A careful selection of wines and spirits and an interesting coffee list. Reservations recommended.
