Originally an early 19th-century farmhouse, this restaurant retains its rustic look and has an outdoor dining area at the entrance. Inside are dining rooms with timber beams and unostentatious tables laid with silver cutlery and attention to detail. The cuisine is based on traditional dishes from the Langhe and Monferrato: fresh pasta and Fassone beef that Giachino family prepares for their guests, together with a vast choice of cheeses from the Langhe and the Ossola valleys, combined with home-made grape chutney.
